● Counselling and psychological interventions for students at university, 1:1 and in group settings
● Corporate well-being and stress prevention in organisational settings which involve a high risk of vicarious trauma
● SPS counselling (special educational support) for students with psychological functional impairments, in 3rd level educational settings

How I work:

My primary focus is to create a safe space to explore your story and discover what you need to move forward.

I listen attentively to what you’re struggling with, and ask questions to unfold your experience and create a nuanced picture of where you’re at in life.

I integrate psychological research and psycho-therapeutic techniques to create an approach that fits your goals, needs and strengths.

At times that means assisting you to regulate difficult emotions, and transform your experience.

At other times that means adding perspectives to deepen your understanding of yourself and what you’re going through.

At other times, we might make plans or review progress in more action-focused ways.
